Shipping Details

All our orders are sent using neutral packages and do not in any way indicate what is contained inside your package. Your privacy is of high importance to us and we guarantee our highest possible level of discretion.

The delivery time for your order is noted on each article and takes in general between 6-9 (working-)days. If your order is delayed, whe shall contact you as soon as possible. If some articles can be sent in advance, we shall send these as partial delivery. You will not be additionally charged for partial deliveries.

The delivery costs are calculated in relation to your order and are displayed inside your shopping cart before you confirm your order. We do not make any money on the postage of our products, we only charge the usual costs. We do not accept orders with a total value below CHF 30.-
